The financial management process at Enrichment begins with an in-depth evaluation of your current financial situation. Once we've established your overall objectives and goals, we'll focus on aligning your overall vision and design your goals. We work with you one on one so that you're confident in and comfortable with the financial decisions you make.
The first coaching session is complimentary and can last up to one/half hour. During this first meeting we will talk through your financial situation, identify what you hope to accomplish, and start working towards meeting these goals. Taking that first step and getting motivated to educate you now will certainly pay off in the future. It does not matter whether you make a six-figure salary or living pay check to pay check - a little money knowledge combined with commitment can make a big difference in your life.
What is Coaching?
Many of the traditional approaches of imparting new knowledge do not translate into changes in behavior. Coaching is a far more effective solution. Coaching engages the uniqueness of the individual. Coaching is an ongoing relationship that raises awareness, connects the client with their passions and deepest desires and holds them accountable to get the results they want. People grow and change with a coach. Coaching doesn't just get results; it gets the most meaningful results.
What is the Cost of Coaching?Enrichment Financial Coaching charges a flat fee customized to your needs ranging from per month charges to a yearly retainer. The goal is to be flexible and accommodative to the client’s needs creating maximum value and growth for the client.
Additionally, Enrichment Financial Coaching does not sell financial products or receive commissions. Our only compensation is our hourly fees and the educational products we sell. We believe this minimizes any conflict of interest or bias and allows us to always put our clients' best interests first.
Enrichment Financial Programs
Our programs are intended to provide women with all the information they need to take that first step to financial empowerment. You'll develop the confidence -- you'll be stimulated and encouraged--but most importantly, we'll help you actually do the work you need to do to GET RESULTS!
Our classes and coaching programs are conducted via phone and internet. All you need to bring is a strong desire and commitment to improve your financial picture, and a willingness to learn.

Financial Fitness for Females “WORK OUT “packages
Once you make a commitment to Enrichment Financial Coaching" I will send you a simple financial exploration summary questionnaire to help determine where you stand with your money. When we start our first session I will already have a strong sense of your money challenges and the obstacles I can help you overcome.
Our first appointment is a 60-90 minute telephone intake session, followed by three, 45-minute telephone sessions. My commitment to you also includes email contact in-between coaching sessions if you have a question or a concern.

Qualifications
Sonia Sutherland-Cruz (Chief Financial Coach) Has been a financial coach for over 10 years. She has also been a successful investor in real estate, stocks, bonds, and mutual fund investments for the past thirty years. Sonia is a contributing writer for the "Diva Zone magazine and a Group Leader for Wife.Org Financially Empowered Women.
Besides coaching individuals to take control of their own finances and reduce debt, Sonia can help you increase your Net Worth. She suggests how and where to invest $50 thru $5,000+ to help you meet your financial goals, creating family security and financial independence. Sonia found her personal passion coaching people to help them take charge of their financial destiny. Enrichment Financial Coaching is what she lives personally and what she loves to help others make for themselves. "It’s my goal to empower you so that you can live a life that’s more stress-free and wealthy on many levels," says Sonia.
She received her Master of Business degree in Management from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband and two children.
To my money coaching practice I bring compassion, optimism, integrity, creativity, intuition, practicality, all my coaching and business skills, and a lifetime of money management experience. Looking back now, it seems all my life experiences were important, and in some way led me to coaching. They also allow me to better support and assist my clients.
